Established in 1972 as a community meeting place, the Roleystone Club has provided members and guests access to entertainment, dining, event space, and sporting activities such as lawn bowls, darts, and pool, for over 5 decades.
OUR COMMUNITY
Founded in 1972, the Roleystone Club is a non-profit, community-run & community-centred bar, restaurant, function venue, bowls club, and more. It continues to be a vital part of the Roleystone community thanks, in large part, to our club members.
New members are most welcome and will find a family friendly, warm, welcoming community vibe. You do not have to be a bowler to join our club.
By joining as a financial member, you’re entitled to 20% off drinks at the bar, and discounts on Function Venue hire fees.
Members can also nominate to be on the Management Committee, and vote in committee elections prior to the AGM every July.

BECOMING A MEMBER
Applications
Simply fill in an application form at the bar – this will be approved and seconded by current members on the spot. Pay the applicable fee and you will be able to purchase discounted drinks immediately.
Annual renewals are emailed out in July and can be paid by either funds transfer through your bank or at the bar.
Membership Fees
Full Membership • $33 annually

Membership year runs from July 1st to June 30th the following year. Fees are due in July and must be paid at the latest by August 31st. Renewals can be paid by either funds transfer through your bank or at the bar.
Are there any discounts off membership fees?
No, we have made the membership as affordable as possible for everyone in the community.
Do members have any responsibilities?
Members have the right to vote at Special General Meetings and vote on the election of Office Bearers prior to the AGM which is held every July.
Members may also choose to nominate for any of the elected Office Bearer or General Committee positions, provided they are seconded by another fully financial member.
